A recent design project came in the form of a platform which assists high school students in China in applying to U.S. universities. This was done as a client project of Starling Labs, a web and mobile application studio I cofounded in Hong Kong. The clients’ request had lots of moving parts and required quite a bit of illustration and UI elements. The challenging part was putting together a design that also worked with Chinese text, something I have rarely accounted for in past cases.
